Terms

1. The client is obliged to read the studio’s terms and conditions.
2. The payment of a deposit is tantamount to accepting these terms and conditions.
3. The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
4. An appointment for a tattoo session can be made either in person or online. Payment of the deposit is a clear confirmation of the session reservation.
5. The price for the tattoo is determined individually during the consultation. The estimation considers:
   • Tattoo size
   • Placement on the body
   • Complexity
   • Black and white / color tattoo
   • The previously paid deposit is included in the cost of the tattoo.
6. For large projects -> the number of full-day sessions required to complete the tattoo
7. A client who has booked a full-day session and decides to quit and discontinue during it is required to pay for the entire session.
8. The client is required to settle the payment during or after the session. Payment must be made on the day of the session in cash only.
9. The client has the option to reschedule once up to 7 days before the set date without losing the deposit. In such a case, it is necessary to inform the studio by phone to arrange a new date. Otherwise, the deposit is forfeited!
10. The studio offers preliminary consultations to discuss the project, determine costs, and answer additional questions.
11. The project is conducted in the studio. Any corrections and possible modifications are made in real time in the presence of the client.
12. The client is obliged to familiarize themselves with all information concerning:
    • How to prepare for the session
    • How to care for the tattoo after it is done
    • Additional information about care, maintenance, and hygiene of the tattoo

All this important information is provided on the website.

13. The tattoo artist is not responsible for non-compliance with care and hygiene rules during the tattoo healing process.
14. Any possible corrections resulting from lack of care for the tattoo are not included in the price of the tattoo. The tattoo artist reserves the right to refuse to make the correction.
15. The tattoo artist ensures the sterility of the used tools. Needles are unpacked in the presence of the client, and all devices and items used for tattooing are properly secured and regularly disinfected.
16. The studio strictly prohibits touching objects used for tattooing.
17. The tattoo artist does not perform procedures on individuals under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or intoxicants.
18. The tattoo artist does not perform procedures on minors.
19. The tattoo artist reserves the right to refuse to perform a tattoo without giving a reason.
